These pretty little garlands are made of handpainted paper discs strung together, with two coordinating or contrasting sides.  You can hang them on a tree, string them in a doorway or across a mantel or just about anywhere.  Each is unique.  They come in mostly blue or red/multi.  Easily added to a card in an envelope as a small gift.
